Nearly a year on from David Bowie’s untimely death, fans from across the world are still making the journey to Brixton to leave personal messages, flowers and items in tribute to the legendary artist.
Created by Australian street artist James Cochran in 2013, the Bowie mural opposite Brixton tube station continues to provide a focus for fans wanting to pay tribute to the Brixton-born musician and superstar.
At Brixton Buzz we’ve recorded the changing messages, artwork and flowers since the shrine was created, and this is a rcord of what we saw over November 2016.
Please note that we’re putting on a charity party next month – get tickets before they sell out! David Bowie – Let’s Dance! A celebration of David Bowie in Brixton, Fri 6th Jan
