There was not a customer in sight last night as the Children’s Christmas Funfair opened up for business in a wet Windrush Square.
With the rain lashing it down, there was no takers for the rides but hopefully the improved weather today will bring more families out.
Admission to the funfair is free, although tokens have to be bought to take any rides. Here’s some more photos from yesterday’s very damp launch:
The funfair is at Windrush Square, Brixton and is open from 10am – 7pm, although the Lambeth website how long it runs for.
