Lambeth Council wants your views on the future services of Brixton Recreation Centre

Labeth Councils starts consultation on the future services of Brixton Recreation Centre

Presumably not happy with the results of previous consultations, Lambeth Council are now opening up another dialogue with people who use Brixton Rec as well as local residents and organisations.

Labeth Councils starts consultation on the future services of Brixton Recreation Centre

The council is asking for feedback about the activities and services provided at the Rec, and wants to know, “how we can make it a better place for everyone to use.”

Working with the Brixton Rec User Group and GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited – the company running the centre for the council), Lambeth want to know, “what people have to say about activities and services available at the centre, what you would like to see more of, and other things that you would like to see improved – like equipment and facilities.”

There will be a public meeting at the Brixton Recreation Centre on Monday 12 May 2014, 7 to 8.30pm, and they are inviting users to fill in a questionnaire:
